The Casolar Del Norte Home Owners Association is funded by annual dues paid by each Association Member. Dues are billed once annually in advance of the fiscal year for the HOA. The fiscal year runs from October though the end of September in the following year.

Invoices are sent out subsequent to the Annual Meeting in September of each year and are due in full prior to the beginning of the new fiscal year (October 1st). In the event that dues are not paid by October 1st of the new fiscal year fines will be imposed pursuant to the Collections Policy located in the Governing Documents section. 

When submitting your dues please include your name and Casolar address on your check. Checks should be made out to "Casolar Del Norte Home Owners Association". You may send your check to the Association PO Box listed below:
